Subaru Trying it’s Hand at WTCC

Posted by Eric | Motorsports, News | Thursday 18 September 2008 10:35 am

The TouringCarTimes points out that this isn’t the first time a manufacturer has attempted to run both rally and touring car circuits–however these attempts failed:

Previously engagements in the rally championship have excluded engagements in the touring car championships. Ford introduced the Focus in the ETCC, but that program came to a halt due to their rally program needing more focus and money.
