2009 WRXF Calendar Now Available!
I appologize for the delay on getting this posted. I have several back posts to finish as well (damn ice storm that hit New England left me without power or internet for a few days).
Here it is!

I got a copy of the 2009 Subaru Genuine Performance Parts Catalog from some friends at Exeter Subaru. Subaru has finally released a color matched boost gauge for the 2008/2009 WRX/STI’s. Labeled as the SPT Boost Gauge the description reads:
SPT Boost Gauge
Displays engine vacuum in inHg and boost in PSI. Bright red illumination matches the vehicle instrument panel lighting and goes dark when the engine is turned off. Kit includes mounting cup and bracket.Impreza WRX & WRX STI (2008-2009) H501SFG500 (Available February ‘09)
I’ll be putting my order in soon ;-)
The good news: the guys at Devtoaster have finally released their OBDII to WIFI adapter. The bad news: it’s $229.00.
Racecomp Engineering is in the final stages of the public release of their lowering and non-lowering camber plates for the 08/09 Subaru WRX STI. There is some more information on them over on IWSTI.
These along with Whiteline’s new Max-C camber/caster plates have been added to the parts list under a new section for camber plates. While I was doing the update I also added AMR’s new stealth back turbo-to-axle pipe.

If you come across any other items that need to be added let me know!
I apologize for the lack of updates this past week or so, the temperature has been dropping as of late and with it came my first (and hopefully only) cold of the season. So I’d like to sum up the week in a single post.
Read on =)
Those of you in the midwest may be seeing a change in your oil filters:
SIA with the approval of FHI has changed their Oil Filter supplier for the 4 cylinder applications. As a result of this, we will be able to take advantage of this change on replacement service parts cost. The old number 15208AA100 (black in color) will be superseded to the new number 15208AA12A (blue in color) and will have a minimum order quantity of 12 (one case). The supersession is mutual so either filter can be used.
The new filter will be available on 10/22/08, it is still unclear whether there is any change in the filter or its performance. Though rumor is they are just changing from a Japanese supplier to an American based company.
